September 2005
Started to get ready for building. Plans are passed and ready to go. The following pictures show the site as it started and the first stages of clearing the site and building in the new road.
October 2005
Road is now nearing completion for this stage allowing easy access to the site for deliveries. The opening in the wall has been moved over too.
November 2005
Tools down time for the finalising of plans with building regulations. Perfect time to take a break as the cold weather moves in.
December 2005
Conditions not suitable to work in.
January 2006
Conditions not suitable to work in.
February 2006
Barn demolished as it was decided that the position of one of the houses will fall on this area.
Plans with structural engineer for final drawings to be produced.
March 2006
Plans back from structural engineer. The engineer has entered the plans into a package called CAD (Computer Aided Design). CAD allows the plans to be drawn in a extremely high detail with millimetre accuracy.
